**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Associate to join our esteemed team in Cambridge. As a key member of our global healthcare team, you will engage in a diverse array of clinical negligence claims on behalf of NHS Resolution, medical malpractice insurers, private hospitals, and NHS Trusts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling clinical negligence claims and inquests
  • Providing expert advice to NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, and medical malpractice insurers
  • Supporting healthcare professionals before regulatory bodies

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 PQE or CILEX qualified with relevant experience, excellent client interaction and participation in business development events, and knowledge of insurance and coverage issues.
