Farmland Acquisition and Dispute Resolution Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Farmland Acquisition and Dispute Resolution Attorney to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor to develop their skills in farmland acquisition, dispute resolution, and agricultural law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring and disposing of farmland, including negotiation and completion
  • Resolving planning and boundary disputes
  • Handling country estates and rural property transactions
  • Providing legal advice within agricultural property
  • Representing clients in court and resolving disputes through mediation

About You:

  • Qualified solicitors with a minimum of 2 years' PQE experience
  • Technical expertise in agricultural property highly advantageous
  • Commercial Property with a strong emphasis on unregistered land transactions can also be considered
  • Experienced and have an interest in property law and natural resources
  • A team player with a flair for personal and business development
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • A strong communicator comfortable working with a wide range of people
  • Ambitious, enthusiastic, and organised
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner
