Estate Planning Professional

Silverstone Technology Cluster Limited seeks a skilled Estate Planning Professional to join its Private Client team in Cambridge. This role involves providing bespoke estate planning advice to mid to high net worth clients, preparing complex Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and dealing with the administration of taxable and non-taxable estates.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare bespoke estate plans for mid to HNW clients
- Advise on complex Will preparation and Lasting Power of Attorney documents
- Administer taxable and non-taxable estates
- Prepare Trust documentation, including drafting settlements and subsequent resolutions and deeds necessary to administer settlements
- 8+ years PQE
- Experience preparing self-assessment tax returns
- SFE and/or STEP membership (desirable)
We offer an estimated salary of £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including bonus, holidays, birthday off and voucher, pension, life insurance, Vitality health insurance, Medicash healthcare cash plan, wellbeing support, and more.
