Solicitor Role in Medical Negligence Law

We are seeking an experienced solicitor to join our team in medical negligence law at Irwin Mitchell LLP. As a medical negligence solicitor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice to clients under supervision, managing your own caseload from the outset.

Your Role

Your goal will be to secure interim payments to fund rehabilitation, care packages, and suitable accommodations before the claim is concluded. You'll work closely with Partner Guy Forster, head of Medical Negligence in our Cambridge office, who specializes in clinical negligence cases and acts on behalf of clients who've suffered serious injury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take instructions from clients and provide legal advice.
  • Review cases and relevant matters with supervisor to ensure quality legal advice is provided.
About You
  • Strong background in medical negligence.
  • The successful candidate must have a track record or the skills necessary to contribute to business development, engaging effectively with existing networks and building new relationships.
Salary and Benefits
