Senior Construction Manager

Requirements for the Senior Site Manager:
- Experience managing on education / healthcare would be beneficial
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- Previous experience Managing internal packages including First / Second and Final Fix.
- Past experience managing subcontractors would be advantageous.
Responsibilities of the Senior Site Manager:
- Coordinate trades and labour for the internal packages.
- Monitor site performances against the programme.
- Inductions and Toolbox talks
- Ensuring health and safety is kept to a high standard.
