We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join our dynamic team at SES Developments Ltd. Due to a significant increase in workload and a full order book, we are seeking the right candidate to contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for civil engineering projects.

• Manage cost planning, analysis, and control to ensure project efficiency.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to manage procurement and tender processes.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator in the civils sector.

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.

• Ability to work on both civil engineering and refurbishment projects.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• A team player with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
