About the Role:

KennedyPearce Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Cards Implementation Manager to join our team on a 12-month FTC assignment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of a cards proposition, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cards proposition, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and establish internal operating capabilities, focusing on customer centricity.
  • Provide expert guidance on PSD2, PCIDSS, Data Privacy, P2P protocols, and Cards Specific AML, ensuring compliance and regulatory adherence.
  • Work closely with external market providers to appoint the right vendors and partners, driving commercial success.
  • Help define and establish the target operating model, ensuring efficient and effective implementation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in taking a cards proposition to market, with a strong track record of regulatory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in cards issuing and implementation/integration process for a bank in the UK.
  • Commercial experience in appointing vendors and partners, with a focus on customer centricity.
  • Strong understanding of external market providers and their role in supporting business objectives.
