Job Title: Cards Implementation Manager
About the Role:
KennedyPearce Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Cards Implementation Manager to join our team on a 12-month FTC assignment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for taking a cards proposition to market with proven regulatory experience of PSD2, PCIDSS, Data Privacy, P2P protocols, and Cards Specific AML.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with our clients to define and establish the internal operating capabilities to manage a cards proposition, focusing on customer centricity.
- Develop and implement card partnerships, understanding external market providers and commercial experience in appointing the right vendors to partner with the bank.
- Provide expertise in card payments within Financial Services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with our team to deliver card implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Contribute to the development of our clients' card propositions, ensuring they meet the needs of their customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in card issuing and implementation/integration process for banks in the UK.
- Demonstrated delivery of card partnerships, understanding external market providers, and commercial experience in appointing the right vendors.
- Experience working in a card payments role within Financial Services.
- Available at relatively short notice.
- Full rights to work in the UK (non-sponsored role).
