Cards Implementation Manager

Job Description:
KennedyPearce Consulting is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Cards Implementation Manager on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) assignment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and integration of cards propositions for a leading international bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cards propositions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as PSD2, PCIDSS, Data Privacy, and P2P protocols.
- Collaborate with external market providers to appoint the right vendors to partner with the bank, leveraging commercial experience to drive business growth.
- Help define and establish the internal operating capabilities to manage a cards proposition, focusing on customer centricity and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the bank's teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of cards issuing and payment processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cards implementation and integration, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience working with banks in the UK, with a focus on cards issuing and payment processes.
- Commercial experience in appointing vendors and managing partnerships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
