Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team in Northampton. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing our services, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and repair our services in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that our customers are satisfied with our services
  • Work collaboratively with our technical team to resolve technical issues and improve our services
  • Document processes and follow company standard procedures and protocols
Requirements:
  • A UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points
  • An organised individual with a customer-focus, who is motivated to help others
  • An individual who can build great relationships with customers
  • Someone who enjoys problem solving and finding suitable solutions for customers
