Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team in Northampton. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our network infrastructure, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain our network infrastructure, including fibre optic cables and equipment
  • Repair and troubleshoot technical issues with our network and customer premises equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with our technical team to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
  • UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points
  • Organised and methodical approach to work
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions
