Conveyancing Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join our team at Number Fifteen Recruitment. As a key member of our Conveyancing department, you will provide essential support to our Fee Earners and contribute to the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare correspondence and documents using our case management system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and in-person.
- Maintain strong relationships with new business introducers.
- Arrange scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
- Perform other duties as required to support the team.
- Assist Fee Earners with sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Order searches and review mortgage offers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Administration experience within residential conveyancing.
- Initiative and a high level of accuracy.
- The ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.
