About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to represent Mercedes Benz and Sinclair Group at our dealership in Bridgend. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality customer experience, guiding customers through the purchase process, and meeting individual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service
- Meet individual sales targets by maximising upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Assist in ensuring a steady flow of enquiries through prospecting and marketing
- Maintain a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options
- Manage the vehicle handover process and adhere to industry regulations
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience and a confident manner when speaking with customers
- Influencing skills and ability to convert enquiries into sales
- Brilliant customer service experience and ability to build long-term relationships
- Fantastic listening skills and willingness to learn and develop product knowledge
- Professionalism and commitment to adhere to process and procedure
