Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at 3 Butterflies Nursery in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare and early childhood education, along with strong communication and managerial skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
  • Provide leadership and support to nursery staff, promoting a positive and productive work culture.
  • Manage and oversee activities for children, aligning with our nursery's educational goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and staff, maintaining open and transparent relationships.
  • Assist the Manager in administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the nursery.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children in a nursery setting, with a strong understanding of early childhood education principles.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve their best.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate staff effectively, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Qualification in early childhood education is desirable, but not essential.
