Job Description

Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by supporting the Field Service Manager in daily field activities, including technical support and specialist installations. Promote a high level of Safe Working practices and foster strong relationships with the Field Service Engineering Team and Back Office functions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out fundamental Field Service Engineering tasks and supporting the Field Service Manager in a Team Leader capacity. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing Engineer performance with the Field Service Manager monthly.
  • Reviewing jobs per day and chargeable hours per Engineer.
  • Reviewing training requirements and monitoring the monthly PM Schedule/WIP in conjunction with the Front Desk.
  • Undertaking Engineer Audits as required.
  • Effectively managing specialist truck installations and monitoring budgeted costs.
  • Carrying out detailed and timely site surveys prior to installations and ensuring all Method Statements and Risk assessments are up to date and adhered to.
  • Monitoring costs and revenues with the Field Service Manager and supporting the achievement of targeted PMs in the month complete and achieved within targeted PM times.
  • Maximising First Time Fix by supporting the Field Service Manager.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Full UK Driving Licence.
