Team Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Jack and Jill Pre-School in Bristol. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Early Years Practitioners and supporting the development of children aged 0-5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Early Years Practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
- Develop and implement learning plans to meet the needs of individual children.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of children and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the pre-school.
- Provide support and guidance to staff members to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of children.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the pre-school is a safe and welcoming environment for children and staff.
Requirements:
- Qualified at Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent.
- GCSE's A*-C/4+ in English Language and Maths, or equivalent.
- Previous experience of working with under 5's.
- Knowledge and experience of EYFS.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
