Job Title: Team Leader

Aspire Training Team is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Team Leader at Jack and Jill Pre-School in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a unique and established pre-school that has been providing high-quality childcare for over 30 years.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating and stimulating children's learning and development in the Ark, providing care and support to children, and organizing and making imaginative use of learning resources. They will also assist as Deputy with the overall management of the room, liaise and support parent/carers, and attend Pre-school Management meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and stimulate children's learning and development in the Ark
  • Provide care and support to children, creating a secure and stimulating environment
  • Organize and make imaginative use of learning resources
  • Assist as Deputy with the overall management of the room
  • Liaise and support parent/carers
  • Attend Pre-school Management meetings
Requirements:
  • Qualified at Level 3 in Early Years
  • GCSE's A*-C/4+ in English Language and Maths, or equivalent
  • Previous experience of working with under 5's
  • Knowledge and experience of EYFS
Desirable Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Lead role
  • Current Paediatric First Aid
  • Enhanced DBS
Working Hours:

Jack and Jill Pre-School offers a day nursery provision running from 07:45-17:45 on an all-year-round basis. The successful candidate will be expected to work a 38-40 hour week with varied working patterns.
