Outbound Research Team Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outbound Research Team Manager to join our team at Kate+Co. As a key member of our research organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of home-based researchers and ensuring the successful delivery of our research projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and coach a team of home-based researchers to achieve targets and deadlines.
  • Research Project Management: Arrange, design, and carry out interviewer training, lead research projects, and ensure the quality of research data.
  • Communication: Be the first point of contact for queries and questions from the interviewing team, and provide regular analytics on progress.
  • Resource Management: Monitor resource and staffing levels to ensure sufficient staffing levels, and assist with interviews as and when required.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading teams in a similar role/environment.
  • Research Skills: Experience with telephone survey interviewing skills and CATI software.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Experience of coaching, motivating, and mentoring a team working towards achieving targets and deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Competent with Excel to produce reporting and analysis.
