Research Manager

Chambers & Partners is seeking a highly skilled Research Manager to join its team in Birmingham. As a key member of the Insight team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of up to 9 researchers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality reports and products that meet the company's standards.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee the production of Insight reports from writing through to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Manage a team of researchers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their production targets and maintain a high level of quality.
- Collaborate with other teams, including Marketing, Sales, and People, to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and morale.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in the legal market, ensuring the company's products and services remain relevant and competitive.
- Proven experience in research and management, with a strong understanding of common legal practice areas.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others, building strong relationships and fostering a positive team culture.
