Research Manager

Chambers and Partners is seeking a highly skilled Research Manager to join its team. As a key member of the Insight leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of up to 9 Insight writers and editors.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the training, pastoral care, and production targets of the Insight team.
- Lead by example, demonstrating excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and the enthusiasm and resilience needed to manage a team under tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Head of Insight and the Insight leadership team to manage and monitor workflow, ensuring reports are delivered on time to a high standard.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the legal market, staying up to date with the latest developments and trends.
- Make informed decisions, prioritizing tasks and projects to meet business objectives.
