About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our team at Treatwell. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through the acquisition of new partners across major cities in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and educating potential partners.
  • Run virtual demos of Treatwell's software with prospective new partners to showcase its value and benefits.
  • Consult with partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using Treatwell's packages.
  • Onboard new partners with the help of our Training team to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Project manage the work required to support partners in adopting the software within their first two months.
  • Meet personal monthly sales and activity targets while maintaining accurate records in our CRM.
About You
  • Proven experience in achieving targets and driving growth in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • A history of delivering results in a 360 sales role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ambitious and driven, with a winning mentality and a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.
  • A proactive and results-oriented individual who takes ownership of performance and is committed to self-reflection and growth.
