We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team at First Recruitment Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide front-line customer support via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve day-to-day customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process customer correspondence and ensure all interactions meet our high service standards
- Work closely with our customer services and warehouse teams to ensure seamless contract delivery
- Manage live chat and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of meeting service level commitments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience in logistics or delivery services is desirable, but not essential
