Customer Service Representative

Reed Crawley is partnering with a key client to fill a Customer Service Account Executive role. As the front line of support, you will provide exceptional service via telephone and email to clients, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving issues efficiently.
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone and email, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Accounts and Warehouse teams to resolve issues impacting order shipment, ensuring smooth contract operations.
- Provide detailed information to Account Managers upon request, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
- Handle customer correspondence in accordance with Customer Service Standards, maintaining a professional and courteous tone.
- Support operational changes, minimizing disruption to service and ensuring continuity.
- Maintain and improve performance levels to meet client SLAs, driving excellence in customer service.
- Communicate any issues impacting service delivery, ensuring proactive problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Liaise closely with Customer Services and Warehouse Team Leaders to ensure seamless contract operations.
- Manage live chat, addressing inbound queries and directing them to relevant departments promptly.
- Previous customer service experience with a focus on meeting deadlines and SLA commitments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel & Outlook.
- Organized approach to email management.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build customer relationships.
