Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced programme or project management professional to lead our Targeted Programmes team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team and overseeing the delivery of our targeted initiatives.


Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include:



  • Leading the Targeted Programmes team through direct line management and overall team leadership.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve programme goals.
  • Working closely with the Director of Programmes to align programme objectives with organisational goals.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective programme delivery.

Working Arrangements

This role will be based in one of our offices in Manchester, Birmingham, or London and will involve regular travel to other locations. The successful candidate will be expected to work in a hybrid way, with a combination of office and remote working.
