AECOM is seeking a skilled Strategic Programme Manager to support the delivery of its strategic goals in relation to capability, growth, and commercial targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in programme advisory and delivery commissions across the whole programme lifecycle, including programme definition, delivery model, and organisational design.

The successful candidate will lead or support the delivery of significant, complex programme management advisory or delivery commissions involving multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholder groups. They will ensure commissions are managed and delivered to the appropriate quality standards and commercial expectations.

The role requires a robust approach to risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation, as well as leadership in the implementation of AECOM health, safety, and environment requirements. The ideal candidate will also identify and act upon business development opportunities with existing and new clients, including cross-selling opportunities within and without the team.

The successful candidate will have experience in programme and PMO management, leadership, strategy development, relationship management, complex problem-solving, and insightful management consulting. They will also have experience in client management, line management, and commercial experience with a proven track record of winning and retaining new clients.
