Apprenticeship Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Apprenticeship Director to join our senior team at Elliot Marsh. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the future direction of our apprenticeship programme, which aims to address critical skills shortages within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for the apprenticeship programme, contributing to the NHS's future workforce needs.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team dedicated to creating and delivering innovative apprenticeship opportunities across healthcare roles.
  • Cultivate relationships with NHS Trusts and major international businesses to ensure the apprenticeship programme meets the diverse needs of the healthcare sector.
  • Create a comprehensive workforce strategy and business model to support the programme's growth, ensuring it becomes an integral part of healthcare staffing solutions.
  • Oversee the ongoing development of the programme to ensure it remains responsive to the evolving healthcare landscape, while continually improving service delivery through new technology and practices.
Requirements:
  • Commercial expertise in apprenticeships, particularly within healthcare or NHS environments.
  • Proven business development skills, with a track record of successful implementation and scale-up.
  • NHS/healthcare understanding, with a passion for supporting healthcare improvement.
  • Strategic leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to create long-term visions and turn them into actionable plans.
  • Relationship-building skills, with the ability to work in partnership with key stakeholders and build strong, lasting relationships within the healthcare and business sectors.
