Job Description

A challenging and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Strategic Programme Lead to join AQA in a senior leadership role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-value programmes with significant importance, aligning with the organisation's strategic objectives and outcomes. They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including executives and senior management, to ensure programme delivery meets time, cost, and quality requirements.

The role requires strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading large-scale programmes and projects, with a proven track record of success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing programme plans, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and objectives.
  • Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, including executives, senior management, and project teams.
  • Ensuring programme delivery within agreed budgets, with a collective budget of over £5 million.
