Job Description

Job Title: Account Strategy Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Strategy Executive to join our team at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG). As an Account Strategy Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, providing strategic and operational leadership to our Creative Services Tech teams, and promoting our full ITG offering to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring that all projects are completed on-time, to the highest standard, and within budget.
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Creative Services Tech teams, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver customer service excellence.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to promote the full ITG offering and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to ensure that our team fully understands the client's strategy, aims, and goals.
  • Accurately maintain account activity status reports to formulate meaningful monthly packs to present to both the client and ITG.
  • Manage the account financials, including invoicing, debt management, and chasing purchase orders.
  • Set clear objectives annually as part of the Performance Development Review (PDR) process to focus on specific priorities for the account.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of system development and creative production processes, including artworking and print processes.
  • Manage projects from strategy to implementation, ensuring that all projects are delivered impeccably, on-time, and within budget.
  • Provide excellent customer management skills, consistently demonstrating a customer-centric approach and strong commercial acumen.
  • Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they are always at the forefront of knowledge for the client.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client's business, including their strategy, aims, and goals.
  • Manage the account's profitability, ensuring that maximum commercial benefits are achieved while remaining within the client's commercial agreements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or a related field.
  • Excellent understanding of system development and creative production processes, including artworking and print processes.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent customer management skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage the account's profitability and ensure maximum commercial benefits are achieved.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and Adobe software solutions, including In-Design.
