Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with hands-on expertise in air-cooled chillers or HVAC systems
  • Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and HVAC design principles
  • Experience supporting manufacturing processes and using CAD software (Pro-E, Creo) and MRP systems (SAP)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders across global teams
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
