About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Inspection Specialist to join our team at AMETEK. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the required standards by conducting mechanical inspections and calibrations. If you have experience in a similar role and possess excellent technical skills, we encourage you to apply.

Main Duties

  1. Inspect products using various measuring tools and equipment.
  2. Support the development of GRIPs and collaborate with suppliers.
  3. Ensure compliance with AS9102 and maintain accurate records.
  4. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  5. Identify and report quality control issues to minimize waste.

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a Quality Mechanical Inspector role.
  • Knowledge of mechanical measuring equipment and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary Estimate: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
