Engineering Leadership Role in UK

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Leader to join our UK team. As a Head of Technology and Transformation, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of technology-enabled change across our UK insurance business.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT project management and experience in leading high-performing engineering teams. You will be responsible for shaping and implementing our technology strategy, driving innovation, and improving operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing our IT systems strategy across UK Insurance
- Driving key engineering initiatives such as DevOps, automation, and standardised tooling
- Improving operational efficiency through technology-enabled change
