Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at IPS Finance. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch financial administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Administer admissions contracts and ensure all deposits and fees are processed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and contractors to ensure seamless funding and contract management.
  • Follow up on private and funded fees, and handle sales ledger, fees, and sales receipts with precision.
  • Maintain aged debtors and reconcile accounts with accuracy.
  • Issue monthly statements and resolve any customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support annual and monthly audits, compiling data as needed.
  • Prepare insightful reports and attend meetings to provide financial updates and recommendations.
