Volunteer: Single Point of Access Team
About the Role:We are seeking volunteers to collect telephone feedback from patients of our community health service, assessing customer satisfaction and service quality to help continuously improve our care.
Your Responsibilities:- Contact patients by phone to solicit their opinions on our service.
- Empathy and patience when interacting with patients.
- Problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Commitment to volunteering for at least 6 months.
- DBS clearance is required for this role.
Disclosure and Barring Service checks will be provided to ensure you can start volunteering with us as soon as possible.

Estimated Salary: £11-13 per hour (based on 3–4 hrs/Week)
