Exhibition Sales Director Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Exhibition Sales Director to lead our sales efforts across 2 Exhibitions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by overseeing a small but dedicated sales team, developing sales strategies, and nurturing relationships with exhibitors and sponsors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and motivate a small sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including exhibitors and sponsors
  • Work closely with the founder and CEO to ensure successful execution of sales plans and achieve company financial targets
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in exhibition sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing and motivating a sales team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
  • Knowledge of the exhibition and trade show industry, including current trends and best practices
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth
