Phee Farrer Jones, a leading B2B events company, is seeking an experienced Exhibition Sales Director to lead the sales efforts for exhibition and sponsorship packages for international events, particularly focused on the fast-growing tech and defence sectors.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering flexible working arrangements, with 3 days a week in the office from our West London location and salaries of up to £50K + uncapped commission.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Significant experience in event sales with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in managing a sales team and driving revenue across exhibitions and sponsorships.
- Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce, with strong pipeline management and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure while growing new and existing business opportunities.
