Job Title: Commercial Sales Director - Exhibition Portfolio

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Director to lead our exhibition portfolio sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for exceeding revenue targets through exhibition sales and sponsorship sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Secure business through a multi-channel approach, including calls, social media, email, face-to-face, and networking events.
  • Identify, qualify, and deliver new business through gap analysis of current customers.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to provide additional solutions to existing clients.
  • Ensure monthly sales KPI's are achieved.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in exhibition/sponsorship sales or a similar sales background in media.
  • Interest in design and build.
  • Entrepreneurial and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage own time effectively.
  • High emotional levels of intelligence and skilled in the art of relationship building.
  • Personable, enthusiastic, and a real team player.
