We are seeking an experienced Event Sales Director to lead the commercial success of our portfolio of exhibitions and conferences. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our portfolio of exhibitions and conferences
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new exhibitions and conferences and drive business growth
- Contribute personal revenues to the department through key account sales
Requirements
- Commercial background in exhibition and sponsorship sales and sales management
- 4+ years experience of running an exhibition/conference sales team (managing performance, training etc)
- Experience of managing a portfolio of exhibitions/conferences exceeding £2m in revenue per year
- Ability to work from a London office 2 days a week
