Job Overview:
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement effective strategies to address learning barriers faced by students with special educational needs.
  • Provide personalized support to students during lessons, enhancing their understanding and engagement with subject matter.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of IEPs, tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, tracking student progress and adjusting support strategies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience working with children who have special educational needs is required for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with students, parents, and teaching staff.
  • A patient and empathetic approach is necessary for providing emotional support and guidance to students with special needs.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or special needs support are highly desirable.
Salary and Benefits:
