Job Description: Financial Administrator Position

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our client's team in Newtownabbey. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions and ensuring accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients
  • Monitor cash-flow and prepare KPI reports
  • Manage month-end and year-end accounts
  • Process VAT returns
  • Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Ensure end-to-end payroll processing

Requirements: To be successful as a Financial Administrator, you should have:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software
