We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Limbs & Things. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders and shipments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage customer relationships, building strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Process orders, quotes, and requests in line with standard procedures and processes.
  • Accurately and timely ship products to customers in the UK and worldwide.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, customers, processes, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude.
