- Monday
- Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
**Duties of Customer Service Coordinator will include**:
- You will look after several large accounts primarily through an online helpdesk, where staff and managers within the company can log various types of enquiries and requests related to their accounts- Administration and maintenance of client records through the inhouse management system- Handling a variety of telephone queries including callouts- Coordinating deliveries of equipment packs for new recruits, training courses, exchanges, and emergency orders- Accurately recording key activities in a monthly KPI pack and preparing this for sign-off- Acting as a primary point of contact between the customers and the internal teams**Experience of the Customer Service Coordinator Required**:
- Great communication skills and a confident telephone manner- Positive attitude towards solving a variety of complex queries in a fast-paced role- Computer-literate, particularly with Excel and Outlook- Accuracy and attention to detail- Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and work under pressure**Salary & Benefits**
