About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our Specialist Customer Support Team in the UK. As a Collections Advisor, you will play a vital role in helping our customers overcome financial challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers experiencing financial difficulties
  • Use empathy and strong communication skills to understand customers' individual circumstances and agree on suitable solutions
  • Remain customer-focused and put their needs at the centre of every decision
  • Support customers through challenging and sensitive situations, taking into account any vulnerabilities
  • Signpost customers to additional support resources and use your judgment to assess the right outcome for each customer

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a natural problem solver with a passion for giving the best advice to every customer. You should be a team player who acts with integrity and treats our customers and associates with respect. While experience within the finance industry is desirable, it's not essential.

Working Arrangements

During your training, you will be based in the office, working Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30. Once you have completed your training, you will move onto a rotating shift pattern, working every Saturday, with an additional set day off during the week. You will also have the opportunity to work from home, with regular team-building and collaboration sessions in the office.
