Customer Complaints Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Complaints Resolution team as a Customer Complaints Resolution Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer complaints from receipt to resolution, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer complaints through to resolution, including a final written response
- Understand industry regulation and how it aligns with Capital One policies
- Support customers and resolve their concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Investigate customer complaints thoroughly to find a resolution
- Remain customer-focused and put their needs at the centre of every decision
- Signpost customers to additional support resources as needed
- Support our business in improving our processes and procedures
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a commitment to resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
As a Customer Complaints Resolution Specialist, you will be empowered to use your judgment and make decisions that are in the best interests of our customers. You will be supported by a comprehensive training program and will have access to a range of resources and tools to help you succeed in your role.
