The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our growth within the education and project sectors. You will be responsible for reviewing new business opportunities, using industry-leading ABI project systems to identify and assess upcoming projects. You'll also liaise with subcontractors and architects to gather detailed project requirements, ensuring accurate quotes are provided and sales opportunities are maximised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with schools and project stakeholders to uncover and nurture business opportunities.
  • Utilise ABI project systems to track and review leads, focusing on upcoming projects in the educational space.
  • Work closely with subcontractors and architects to fully understand project specifications, providing the information needed to develop precise and competitive quotes.
  • Use a consultative approach to gather detailed client information, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Foster strong client relationships, ensuring excellent communication throughout the sales process.
  • Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and SQLs into secured orders.

  • Highly motivated, with a track record of meeting or exceeding business development goals.
