Job Description

Our client is a leading provider of simulation training equipment, dedicated to improving patient outcomes through realistic training experiences. As the National Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving the company's sales strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual sales strategies for the UK and international corporate markets
  • Increase market share in existing markets and identify new business development opportunities
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key contacts and corporate partners
  • Attend conferences, trade fairs, and exhibitions as required
  • Lead and develop a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and direction

Requirements:

  • Medical, nursing, or life sciences qualification and/or experience
  • Proven ability to sell to all levels within healthcare and healthcare education
  • Experience selling devices or consumables within the healthcare sector for a recognized 'blue chip' company
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with complex product ranges
  • Experience of forecasting and pipeline management
