As a seasoned sales leader, you will spearhead the sales team to achieve targets and drive growth in fire safety and security solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing strategies with the Sales Director to boost market share and foster a positive, high-performance sales culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to meet targets, conduct performance reviews, and support team development.
  • Individual Sales & Account Management: Sell product lines, focusing on key accounts and high-value opportunities, promote new products, and build strong client relationships.
  • Sales Strategy & Reporting: Work with the Sales Director to align strategies with growth goals, analyze market trends, and provide sales performance and market intelligence reports.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with marketing on campaigns and product launches, liaise with product development to stay updated and provide feedback.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales leadership experience in fire safety, security, or electronics.
  • Strong B2B sales track record and ability to balance management with personal sales.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Experience in international markets and managing major key accounts.
