This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the smooth running of the company's financial operations.
The Role:- Process invoices, payments, and expenses with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Support the finance team with month-end and year-end tasks.
- Handle queries from suppliers and clients, resolving any discrepancies.
- Provide administrative support, including filing and data entry.
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
