Nixon McQuade is partnering with a leading engineering company in Newtownabbey to recruit a Finance Administrator to support their finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the smooth running of the company's financial operations.

The Role:
  • Process invoices, payments, and expenses with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Support the finance team with month-end and year-end tasks.
  • Handle queries from suppliers and clients, resolving any discrepancies.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing and data entry.
The Person:
  • Previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
