Job Title: Finance Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Finance Administrator to join our team at Ashton Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for various financial tasks, including data entry, document control, invoicing, and liaising with the finance and commercial team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and data
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner
- Assist with preparing and submitting VAT returns and end-of-year accounts
- Provide administrative support to the finance team
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and subcontractors
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Minimum 6 months experience in a financial or accounting office
- Possession of relevant qualifications and experience
