Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining sales ledger credit control, setting up new credit accounts, and resolving queries. In addition, they will manage cash sales, prepare statements, and perform month-end closures. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a busy finance office and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. They will also be proactive, confident, and able to work to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintenance of Sales Ledger Credit Control
* Setting Up New Credit Accounts
* Query Resolution
* Invoicing Management
* Management of Cash Sales
* Statements Preparation
* Preparing Lodgements
* Month-End Closures
* Management Reporting

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in a busy finance office
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Proactive and confident
* Able to work to deadlines
