We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to oversee the delivery of our cycle training programmes and health and wellbeing workshops in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and promoting our projects and activities, ensuring the programme is capturing all data required to enable continuous improvement, and managing the programme KPIs to achieve growth and programme success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and promote projects and activities
  • Manage the programme KPIs to achieve growth and programme success
  • Ensure the programme is capturing all data required to enable continuous improvement
  • Work with the Comms Officer to ensure that comms reporting metrics are determined
  • Lead on programmes delivered via grant funding as planned

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Programme Coordination / Management
  • Experience of project management including planning, developing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on performance
  • Comply with policies, procedures and legal requirements, such as those set out in GDPR, Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and Equality Act 2010
